Wagamama for Gluten-free, Dairy-free Dining
by Chartreuse 20/2/2011 14.15
Wagamama now has a policy of catering for customers with food allergies. They take great care to make sure diners with allergies or intolerances receive food they say they can eat safely. Only managers are allowed to take orders for special dieters.
As a gluten-free, dairy-free customer I was served with patience, kindness, diligence and humour. Every effort was made to make my food as interesting and delicious as possible.
If you're limited in what you can eat, you can mark Wagamama, at least at London Bridge, as a place where you have choice, safety and flavour.
